DEPOSITS:

​Below you can find our current puppies available or pregnant dogs we are taking deposits for! Deposits are $500 and nonrefundable. This is a requirement to hold your spot on a waiting list or specific puppy, as no puppies will be held without one. Deposits may be transferable within a year of placement with specific conditions and proper communication.

EXPECTATIONS:

Please note: *WE DO NOT OFFER BREEDING RIGHTS**.  All puppies leave on a spay and neuter contract. We have an application screening process and contract which includes spay/neuter requirement, 2 year health guarantee and puppy family care. 

If interested in a puppy, please look at our Puppy Application page for our step to step process in securing a puppy and go ahead and fill out our application! Once that has been completed please be sure to send us an email or text notifying us it has been completed.

INCLUDED WITH EACH PUPPY:​

​​All puppies come with at least first set of shots, wellness exam from vet where puppies are cleared as healthy for placement, microchipped, 2 year genetic health guarantee, multiple deworming's, vet paperwork, are AKC limited/ FCI-PR/ UKC and toys to take home!

Shih Tzu puppies will be vaccinated twice before going to their new homes and an exit wellness exam must be completed 7-10 days before pick up.

**PLEASE NOTE: We are on Good Dog! There ARE additional fees using this service as they have extra support for puppy buyers and charge breeders a fee for the security and extra benefits they offer. If coming through my website or social platforms/text/email these fees do not apply and the prices listed next litters on my website are the same, however through good dog my prices are a little higher due to fees. If you message us through Good Dog you must pay through Good Dog as that is what their policy says and we abide by Good Dogs Rules!**​​​​​​​​
